Project Management
The procedure and methodology of the “Schnellecke Project and Implementation Management”.
Brief Description of “Phase Model and Methodology” (PM Model):
The four core phases of the “Schnellecke PM Model” define the structured implementation of all projects, from the initialization to completion. Each of the core phases is shaped by individual measures and results. Milestone meetings (Steering Committee) take place after every phase change and therefore enable the active controlling and steering of the project results. The stage gates between the phases ensure the permanent optimization of innovation and development processes with regards to quality, time and costs.
The configurable process model and the methodology allow for the application in any type of project. Templates and checklists sustainably support the approach of the standardized procedure for the attainment of goals throughout all processes.
The added value in the defined procedure is created through its own interdisciplinary project culture, through consequent risk management and through a target-oriented implementation. The commitment of the Management and the acceptance and practicability of the methodology and the tools are essential prerequisites for this.
