SAP S/4HANA project successfully completed

Schnellecke Logistics has successfully migrated its central SAP financial system to S/4HANA - an important milestone in the further development of its global financial processes.

Around 1,000 SAP users worldwide will benefit from greater transparency, faster analyses and better control options in future. The company is therefore ideally positioned for the financial processes of the future.

The project started in February 2024 and was completed on schedule and on budget after 13 months. Over 100 business processes were mapped, around 450 interfaces adapted and over 200 technical steps successfully implemented.

CEO Nikolaus Külps acknowledges the changeover as a strategic milestone and praises the project team for the close collaboration between IT and specialist departments.

The implementation was carried out in partnership with ConVista, Brighten Consulting and operational services. The next step will be the introduction of the modern FIORI app interface.
