Good for the Environment: Our Sustainability Concept 

The conservation of natural resources is a topic that the Schnellecke Group focuses on intensively. Through various measures we strive to reduce energy consumption and environmental impacts and to increase the use of renewable energies within the set limits. 

In recent years, we have equipped many of the buildings we own with photovoltaic systems and switched our lighting to low-consumption LEDs.  

When we plan a project, we make sure that only sustainable materials are used wherever possible. Our work is guided by the standards defined by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). In addition, we plan for the possibility of retrofitting sustainable technologies, such as a photovoltaic system, without the need for extensive modifications.
