We handle JIS delivery for a leading automotive manufacturer’s vehicle plant. Our task: to provide components in the correct order, precisely timed and synchronized with assembly line production. To do this, we operate modern logistics centers near the plant, where we pre-assemble modules, sequence them, and prepare them for delivery. Digital control systems such as our Digital Control Tower ensure real-time transparency, enabling us to respond flexibly to changes.
With this model, we reduce inventories in production, avoid downtime, and contribute to stable processes, which is a key success factor in the automotive industry.
