The Diversity Charter is an initiative that promotes diversity in companies and institutions.

By signing the Diversity Charter, we send a clear signal for diversity and tolerance in the world of work and express our appreciation for all employees regardless of age, ethnic origin and nationality, gender and gender identity, physical and mental abilities, religion and beliefs, sexual orientation, and social background.

Diversity management is a cross cutting topic. The idea behind it is that an organizational culture where diversity is naturally lived enables all employees to contribute their potential in the best possible way. It also promotes the diversity of ideas or products the organization stands for.
