Dr. Klaus van Marwyk will leave the company at his own request on March 31, 2025, in order to end his professional career and relocate his center of life abroad.
“With his experience and expertise, Mr. Lemper will further drive the developments toward a unified finance and KPI system and will accelerate the internationalization and standardization of global HR processes,” CEO Nikolaus Külps says, welcoming his new fellow board member.
After studying business administration, Lemper began his career in the Lufthansa Group in 2000, initially in controlling and later in investments. In 2006, he moved to ista SE, a leading energy services provider headquartered in Essen. In 2009, he became Head of Controlling Germany and, three years later, moved to the United States as Regional CFO for North America. In 2014, he returned as Head of Group Controlling and in 2018 was appointed CFO, first to the management team and then to the Executive Board of the ista Group.
Under the leadership of Nikolaus Külps, Thomas Lemper and his fellow board members Lars Otte, Chief Business Development Officer, and Michael Schütrumpf, Chief Technology & Operations Officer, form the Executive Board of Schnellecke Logistics SE.
