Both subgroups have entered into new syndicated credit facilities of €70 million each, resulting in a total financing volume of €140 million.

The new financing agreements replace the previous syndicated loans and provide both companies with a stable long-term financing framework. At the same time, they create additional financial flexibility for the continued development of the Schnellecke Group.

“With the new syndicated facilities, we have strengthened the financial foundation of our subgroups and secured additional flexibility for their further development. This provides us with a strong and reliable basis for the years ahead,” says Thomas Lemper, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Schnellecke Group AG & Co. KG.

The refinancing process was supported by FCF Fox Corporate Finance GmbH as exclusive financing advisor. Together with the participating banks and the project teams within Schnellecke Group and its subsidiaries, both financing arrangements were successfully concluded.

The renewed financing builds on previous projects between Schnellecke Group and FCF and continues the long-standing collaboration between the two companies.
