Chairman of the Supervisory Board

After completing his studies in law and economics, Professor Rolf Schnellecke founded the company Rolf Schnellecke in 1968, which later expanded to become Schnellecke Group AG & Co. KG.

 

Under his leadership, the company developed into a leading provider of logistics services for the automotive industry with over 70 subsidiaries worldwide. He has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Schnellecke Group AG & Co. KG since 2007.

Nikolaus Külps is responsible for the overall management and strategic development of the Schnellecke Group. He has been part of the Group since 2001, has served on the Management Board since 2007, and leads the company as CEO. After completing a banking apprenticeship and studying law, he worked in investment banking in the field of mergers and acquisitions before joining Schnellecke. Today, he combines an entrepreneurial perspective with strong financial expertise.

As a member of the Management Board of the Schnellecke Group, Tim Kannewurf is responsible for key administrative topics such as legal affairs, taxes, corporate security, compliance, and internal audit. After studying law and being admitted to the bar, he has been part of the Group since 2001 and a member of the Management Board since 2007. He has also supported the development of the Real Estate business area for many years and ensures clear corporate law standards and reliable governance within the Group.
