Thomas Lemper becomes new Chief Finance Officer at Schnellecke Logistics SE

Dr. Klaus van Marwyk is leaving the company at his own request on March 31, 2025 to end his professional career and relocate abroad.

“With his experience and expertise, Mr Lemper will continue to drive developments towards a uniform financial and key performance indicator system and promote the internationalization and standardization of global HR processes,” says CEO Nikolaus Külps, welcoming his new colleague to the Executive Board.

After studying business administration, Lemper began his career at the Lufthansa Group in 2000, initially in Controlling and later in Investments. In 2006, he moved to ista SE, a leading energy service provider based in Essen. In 2009, he became Head of Controlling Germany and three years later moved to the USA as Regional CFO for North America. In 2014, he returned as Head of Group Controlling and was appointed CFO in 2018, first to the Management Board and then to the Executive Board of the ista Group.

Under the leadership of Nikolaus Külps, Thomas Lemper and his Management Board colleagues Lars Otte, Chief Business Development Officer, and Michael Schütrumpf, Chief Technology & Operations Officer, form the Management Board of Schnellecke Logistics SE.
