Braunschweig/Wolfsburg, September 22, 2026 – Following 18 months of successful restructuring under self-administration, Wandt Spedition Transportberatung GmbH has taken a decisive step towards a secure future. This week, a creditors’ meeting was held at which the insolvency plan to conclude the proceedings was unanimously approved. The company can now initiate the conclusion of the insolvency proceedings, subject to the fulfillment of the remaining conditions precedent.
A strategic majority stake held by Schnellecke Logistics will secure the long-term future of the company and safeguard jobs. Both companies were founded in 1939 and share a tradition of more than 85 years in the logistics industry.

The partnership between Wandt and Schnellecke Logistics lays the foundation for long-term growth.
