The new agreements replace the previous syndicated loans and bring the total financing volume to EUR 140 million. At the same time, the financing terms were further optimized compared with the previous arrangements.
The new financing agreements provide Schnellecke Logistics SE and KWD Automotive AG & Co. KG with additional financial flexibility for their further development.
FCF Fox Corporate Finance GmbH supported Schnellecke Group as exclusive financing advisor throughout the process, from structuring and approaching banks to negotiations, documentation and closing. The renewed cooperation builds on previous joint financing projects.
“With the new syndicated financing agreements, we are creating a reliable financing basis for our subgroups and gaining additional financial flexibility for their further development. FCF supported us with a high level of professional expertise, deep market understanding and focused process management. We would like to thank the team for the trusting cooperation,” says Thomas Lemper, Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of Schnellecke Group AG & Co. KG.
With the completion of both refinancing transactions, Schnellecke Group has established a stable financial framework for the continued development of Schnellecke Logistics SE and KWD Automotive AG & Co. KG.
