At the end of March 2023, Sven Virgens, our Vice President Region Asia, visited Dalian Schnellecke Logistics (DSL). In China, spring is traditionally a time for excursions. DSL took this as an opportunity to organize an outdoor event on Dalian's Golden Pebble Beach to give Sven Virgens the chance to get to know the DSL employees better and, conversely, to deepen the team's ties with the Schnellecke Group's German headquarters.
The venue offered plenty of scope for our team-building activities. It was also about making a contribution to an important goal of our group of companies: protecting the environment. As part of the event, we therefore worked together to clean a slope on the beach, discarding plastic bags, paper waste and other garbage.
