Employee qualification and the Schnellecke Project Management System are based on the IPMA standard. Project and start-up management work closely together to ensure project success through quality gates and a phase plan.
Schnellecke uses a digital live tool worldwide to track the project status. This tool optimizes productivity and efficiency by mapping time management, risk management, project goals, documentation and reporting digitally and transparently.
Schnellecke controls and optimizes its operational and administrative company processes worldwide and transparently using a central digital platform.
