In a logistics company like Schnellecke, the operative business is what everything revolves around. However, a company is not only successful through its operational processes, but also decisively through long-term strategic considerations.

Strategy development is a complex process that moves the entire organization. The ten strategic directions provide the content framework and thus repeatedly pose the question: Where does Schnellecke want to go in the next few years?

In the process itself, various factors such as market developments as well as customer-specific and technological influences are analyzed. The company's internal strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and risks in the external environment are used to derive challenges. All of the challenges of the company's companies together result in Schnellecke's challenges, from which the goals are then derived.

Five pillars provide the structural framework for the goals. Each goal is divided into annual goals, each annual goal is assigned to a pillar and thus the set of all goals is structured:

The Schnellecke Group has grown continuously. The Schnellecke spirit has made an important contribution to this development. Its values, which are an expression of the corporate culture of the Schnellecke family business, are an economically important success factor. They have been and continue to be exemplified and developed by the Schnellecke family since the company was founded in 1939 and form the core values of the Schnellecke Group.
