Children from low-income families are disadvantaged in many ways, especially if they also have to live with a cancer diagnosis. In January 2023, Schnellecke Logistics employees in Mexico therefore collected donations in kind for the association "Una Nueva Esperanza,“ a non-profit organization in the state of Puebla that supports children with cancer from families in need. The association's main commitment is to provide comprehensive support and assistance during treatment in order to increase the children's life expectancy. The donations in kind enabled the association to give gifts to those affected at Christmas and thus bring them some joy.
