The women@schnellecke initiative is committed to more equal opportunities, diversity and development possibilities for women within Schnellecke. Its members are colleagues from different locations, countries, professions and age groups. Claire is Vice President of Finance and Administration in South Africa and gives us an insight into her career path.
"At no point was there any discussion about whether I was too young or too inexperienced, or that I am a woman."
Judith is currently the only female site manager at Schnellecke in Germany. She tells us how she came to this position and how she combines family and career.

EstÃbaliz heads the Transport business unit in Pamplona, Spain. In this interview, she tells us what is special about her job and how she is making her way as a woman in a male-dominated industry.
"There is really a family atmosphere at Schnellecke."
Carla-Bernadette started as an intern and is now administrative manager in Bremen.
"The men respected me as the "boss," although in many things I really didn't know what I was doing."
Margarete Schnellecke was the head of the Schnellecke transport company for 44 years.
